1. Overview

The Blissfully Ever After™ Podcast is a product of WitNoodles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (the “Supporter”) and WitNoodles ("Provider," "we," or "us") governing participation in the Blissfully Ever After™ monthly support (the "Program").

2. Service

Your monthly payment goes to support the Blissfully Ever After™ podcast which is designed to provide content for informational purposes.

3. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Terms

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment amount option selected by you at the time of the order. Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon order submission and will be due each month on or about the same date as the initial payment was submitted. Cancellations: To cancel your subscription payment, contact us via our online form or by emailing us at admin@witnoodles.com with "Cancellation Request" as the subject. Cancellations made before the billing cycle date will be effective for that month and will result in no payment due for that month. Cancellations made after the billing cycle for that month will be effective in the following month. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the billing date. Should a cancellation be requested before the billing date and a payment is still withdrawn for that month, the payment will be refunded to the Supporter.

4. Program Delivery

With your participation in the Program as a Supporter, WitNoodles does not offer the delivery of any other program or service besides the podcast.

5. Intellectual Property

All content including materials and resources provided via the podcast are the intellectual property of Provider and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Program or its podcast. Our maximum liability for any claims related to the Program is limited to the total amount paid by the Supporter for participation as a Supporter.

7. Compliance with California Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate participation in the Program if these Terms are violated. Refunds for termination are at our sole discretion.

9. No Guarantees of Outcomes

While WitNoodles is committed to delivering high-quality content through its Blissfully Ever After™ podcast designed to improve marriage relationships, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes for Subscribers and/or our podcast listeners nor do we guarantee the length or frequency of the podcast episodes. The success of marriages depends on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to Subscriber and listener application of skills, tips and strategies, By enrolling in the Program, the Supporter acknowledges and agrees that WitNoodles is not responsible for the application or lack of application of the podcast content by Supporters or the resulting impact on the Supporter's marriage.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Supporters will be notified of significant changes at least 14 days in advance.
